Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Greetings, and welcome to the start of the 2024-25 school year at Chiawana High School!

I am Jaime Morales, and it is with great pride and enthusiasm that I serve as the Principal of Chiawana High School. As we embark on this academic journey, I'm honored to share my 21st year in education, with the past two years being dedicated to fostering growth, development, and achievement within the Chiawana community.

Our mission at Chiawana is simple yet profound: we are here to ignite world-class learning for ALL students, nurturing them into thoughtful and accomplished individuals. We strongly believe in active student participation across all facets of their educational experience. Furthermore, our commitment extends to providing equitable access to rigorous instruction within an inclusive environment that places a paramount emphasis on the social-emotional well-being of every student.

At Chiawana High School, our dedicated staff forms a united community of educators who firmly believe that every student has the potential for success in their future endeavors. Through regular collaboration within Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), our teachers continually refine their teaching methods to tailor education to each child's unique needs. This ensures that every student is engaged in challenging learning activities aimed at mastering standards across all subject areas.

As we move forward into this academic year, I am excited to continue serving this incredible school and its remarkable students. I eagerly anticipate working in partnership with you, our students' most important advocates, to provide the best education and support to help your child achieve their full potential.
